Thank you for shopping with Echords. All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you. Here's what to expect.
Order processing (production time)
Because each item is custom-produced for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time (after production)
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days
- International (EU, UK, and other regions): approximately 7–20 business days
Total time to receive your order = production time + shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipment fee.
