Each piece from Echords is made just for you — printed on demand, crafted with care. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size errors, or a change of heart.
That said, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it, along with clear photos. We’ll do everything we can to make it right — whether through a replacement or refund.
