How long does shipping take?
Each item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping typically takes 5–12 business days for US orders and 10–20 business days for international orders. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting our Order Status page or contacting us at support@echordsofficial.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10–20 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.

What is print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand means each item is created specifically for you when you place an order. This approach reduces waste — we never produce more than what’s needed. Every piece is individually crafted with care, making each one unique to its owner. Our partner uses premium materials and state-of-the-art printing technology to ensure the highest quality.
How do I find my size?
We recommend checking our size chart available on each product page. Our apparel uses standard US sizing. Measurements are provided in inches. When in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@echordsofficial.com.
Can I return or exchange items?
Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
