Processing Time
All orders are made to order and produced by our printing partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order enters production.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States: Standard shipping takes 5–12 business days after production. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Canada: 8–15 business days.
Europe: 10–20 business days.
Australia / New Zealand: 12–22 business days.
Rest of World: 15–30 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed. International orders are not currently eligible for free shipping, but we are working on expanding this offer in the future.
