Made-to-Order Policy
Because each Echords piece is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply not liking the product. We encourage you to carefully review our size chart and product images before placing your order. Each item is created specifically for you, which means we cannot resell returned items.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing flaw, or shipping damage, we will send you a free replacement. To initiate a claim, please email us at support@echordsofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a clear photo of the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong product), please contact us immediately at support@echordsofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please email support@echordsofficial.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
